    I believe we all deserve to have agency over our life.

    When coaching, I always begin by asking what success looks like for you.  In almost all cases, the clarity of your picture determines your outcome.

    But it’s not always that simple. We can be so busy tending to everyone else’s needs and expectations that we forget our own.

    We buy into the myth that great results only come from hard work rather than ease, flow, connection, and intention.

    And we can be our own worst critic, with blocks and doubts as we try to evolve into a new and stronger version of ourselves.

     

    With clarity and insight, it all flows so much easier.

    Who do I work with?

     

    Many of my clients are entrepreneurs or in the process of becoming so, mastering the art of building enterprises and sustainable income streams from their passions.  

    How I work

    Breakthroughs don’t have to take a lifetime.  I typically start with a program of 6 x 1:1 coaching sessions.  This has proven to be the optimal time as it’s long enough to see sustained change and short enough to hold your focus and dedication.  Our sessions are typically done over zoom and the phone and include correspondence between sessions.  We progress at a pace that fits your intentions and capacity.

    Frequently Asked Questions:

    How long does each session take?

    Typically, we allow up to 50 minutes per session.  That said, you might achieve the clarity and guidance you require within half that time.  Between sessions we establish a process for communication and updates.

    Do you help me build wealth?

    I am not a financial advisor.  However, my books have been distributed by financial advisors to help women establish a structure and process for better money management, (although men of course use it too).  The coaching program typically looks more generally at what habits and attitudes might be getting in the way of your progress.

     

    What does the 6 weeks entail?

    The Well-th® Coaching course covers the following:

    PURPOSE Here we get clear on what you want and why.  We draw on proven qualitative techniques to delve deeper into your purpose, values and future intentions for yourself.  We use a values ladder to investigate whether your goals and values are aligned.  We invest time in understanding what is important to you.

    POWER.  Then we eliminate uncertainty.  Here we go deeper and look at your intentions, resistance, link conflicting values and draw upon techniques to help you tap into your intuition better.

    PRACTICALITIES  – Once we have clarity around what you want for your life, why and the process to get you there, we get more granular around the systems and daily practices to achieve these outcomes.  This section includes meditation,  goals versus systems, the importance of progress and chunking….

    PROGRESS  – The process of starting is different to continued action.  Once you get traction, we apply and adjust the skills and techniques to handle your success.  We lock in the healthy habits with harmony.  As you achieve one level of success, you adjust and improve and prepare for the next.  Your daily practices become habits that keep you grounded when things shift or move too quickly. 

     

    Do I have to have a business to benefit?

    No these skills can be used at all ages and stages of life to achieved sustained success.

     

    What happens at the end of 6 weeks?

    You can pause or continue.  Beyond this initial program there are options for continued coaching, and we progress to the next results you seek to create in your life.
